From new livery concepts to the reproduction of established brand artwork, graphics can be created, adapted and prepared for the specific vehicle and application. Production options include full-colour UV printing directly onto curtain or banner material, cut-vinyl graphics, printed and contour-cut vinyl, conformable vehicle-wrap vinyl and traditional ink signwriting onto curtain material.
Commercial Vehicle Graphics & Livery
Sapphire produces commercial vehicle graphics and fleet livery for HGV trailers, curtainsiders, box vans, rigid vehicles, tractor units, vans, buses and a wide variety of specialist commercial vehicles.
Depending on the vehicle, design and required finish, livery can be produced using cut vinyl, digitally printed and laminated vinyl, conformable wrapping films, direct-to-curtain printing or traditional signwriting techniques.
Reprographics
Sapphire uses the complete Adobe Creative Cloud software suite to prepare, adapt and reproduce existing artwork for large-format graphics and vehicle livery.
Whether artwork originates from a design agency, customer brand guidelines, an existing vehicle or previous livery, files can be recreated and prepared to reproduce accurately at the required size and on the intended media.
Banners & Covers
Sapphire also produces banners, tarpaulins, covers and other specialist PVC applications using the same large-format graphics production capabilities.
