Graphics production is selected according to the material, artwork, surface and intended use of the finished graphics. Sapphire Graphics uses direct UV printing, cut vinyl, printed and contour-cut vinyl, and traditional signwriting.
Direct UV printing
Our large-format EFI VUTEk UV LED equipment prints full-colour graphics directly onto curtain or banner material. A protective clearcoat is automatically applied during production.
Cut vinyl graphics
Solid spot-colour vinyl is cut on plotter machines to create lettering, logos and graphic shapes for application to suitable hard surfaces.
Printed and contour-cut vinyl
Full-colour graphics are printed onto vinyl for direct application or passed through a plotter to produce more complex cut shapes. Conformable vinyl is used where graphics must follow vehicle contours for partial or complete wraps.
Traditional signwriting
Sapphire Graphics retains the traditional skill of applying ink directly onto curtain material through prepared masks.
