Sapphire Graphics produces curtainsider graphics and liveries for individual commercial vehicles and complete fleets. Vehicle curtains provide a large, highly visible area for fleet branding and advertising, with graphics suitable for curtainsider trailers and rigid commercial vehicle bodywork.
Direct UV printed curtains
Full-colour artwork can be printed directly onto curtain material using our large-format UV LED equipment. This process supports detailed designs, photographic imagery and consistent reproduction across fleet liveries. A clearcoat is automatically applied as part of the production process.
Traditional signwriting
Traditional curtain signwriting is also available. Ink is applied directly to the curtain material through prepared masks, providing an alternative production method for suitable spot-colour designs.
Artwork prepared for the vehicle
Our design and reprographics team can create a new livery or adapt existing brand artwork for curtainsider applications. Artwork can be prepared to suit the exact curtain dimensions and vehicle configuration, helping existing branding to be reproduced appropriately across different commercial vehicles.
